A.Notes:

1),before use,you must check whether all connections are steady,whether  bolts and nuts are tightinstallation.when start the machine,you must make sure there are enough lubrication oil in the case.

2),when start the machine commissioning,the machine should run idle,then check it carefully such as noise,vibration and whether the oil window works smoothly,whether every parts movement coordination.

3),You must cut off power when install the mould,move the motor belt and big gear by hand,turn the workbench and make sure the slide up to the highest point.

4),It's better to arrange a support between workbench and slide bottom,just in case dropping and accident happens.

B.Maintenance and Service  :

1),Operation must in accordance with the operating rules

2),The machine must keep clean,antirust oil must be daubed in the no spray paint parts to avoid rusting.

3),Bearing of motor must be lubricated regularly,and checks the electrical parts in order to work smoothly.

4),Check the V belt,handles,knobs,bottons,and if damaged or badly worned,you should replace in time and supply the spare parts for necessary demands.

5),Clean and lubricate the machine before after work everyday,prohibit unauthorized people to operate the machine, shut down the machine and power it down while there is no operator in the post.
